About Huntington Hotel Group

Mr. Keefer has over 30 years of hospitality development, management, and financial expertise. Additionally, he is the co-founder of Huntington Hotel Group. For the past 14 years, Mr. Keefer has developed and operated 13 Marriott and Hilton select service hotels in California and Greater Washington, DC. Prior to forming Huntington Hospitality Group, Mr. Keefer was the Chief Financial Officer for Westbrooke Hospitality Corporation. In addition, he served as Executive Vice President of Hospitality Financial Information Services Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westbrooke, with a staff of 20 professional and clerical associates responsible for financial reporting, data processing, cash management banking relationships, internal audits and control and accounting functions for 60 hotels managed by Westbrooke. During his tenure with Westbrooke, he played a key role in developing business strategies and financial investment opportunities. Mr. Keefer is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business.

Brent Andrus is an experienced executive with 20 years of experience from three Fortune 100 companies including Procter & Gamble, General Mills and Marriott Corp, along with years of hotel and real estate experience. Prior to HHG, Mr. Andrus served Marriott in senior operating positions and later as the top marketing/sales executive for their Courtyard hotel division. Additionally, Mr. Andrus became Courtyard's first franchise partner for the 184-room Dallas Market Center Courtyard. Before joining Marriott, Mr. Andrus served as Vice President of Marketing for General Mills' European operations and Executive Vice President/General Manager of Parker Brothers Toy Company. Before working at General Mills, Mr. Andrus served in Proctor & Gamble's marketing department upon receiving his MBA from Northwestern University, where he as an Austin Scholar.

Ms. Santini is responsible for legal administration and office management for HHG and has been an integral part of the company since its inception. Prior to joining Huntington, Ms. Santini was co-owner of Real Estate RX Services, a restaurant, retail, and entertainment development/consulting firm in Dallas. Serving the prior ten years as property manager for a number of restaurants, clubs, and retail establishments and providing management for commercial and residential development projects, she has developed a broad spectrum of expertise in the real estate field.

Mr. Siegel is Vice President of Operations for HHG and has 25 years in hotel management expertise. Mr. Siegel began working with Mr. Andrus in 1991 as manager of the Courtyard-Dallas Market Center. Prior to working for Mr. Andrus, Mr. Siegel served a total of 11 years in management for Marriott hotels. Mr. Siegel attended Claremont College in San Diego, California majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting.

Mr. Cheng joined the company in 2010 as the Director of Sales for the Courtyard by Marriott in Campbell, CA, and was promoted to Area Director of Sales & Marketing in 2011. He has many years of hospitality industry experience managing and coordinating sales and marketing departments for more than 40 Marriott and Hilton branded properties in northern California. Prior to that, he served as a Realtor and Loan Consultant, assisting clients in the purchase / sale of investment properties. Mr. Cheng received a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University. Mr. Cheng has relocated to the company's Las Colinas office.

Mr. Yu joined the company as a Financial Analyst and has moved on to becoming the Vice President of Finance and Investments. Prior to joining Huntington Hotel Group, Mr. Yu was involved with a boutique investment banking firm in New York and Dallas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He is based in the company's Las Colinas office.

Mr. Smith is responsible for hotel site acquisitions for Huntington Hotel Group. He also participates in site entitlement administration and excess retail site development coordination. He was a founder and owner of a major San Diego-based real estate brokerage company in 1985 (Business Real Estate Brokerage Company) and has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in land acquisition and entitlement. He has been a licensed California real estate broker since 1979. Mr. Smith attended San Diego State University with a Business Marketing Degree and went on to become Founder and Owner of Business Real Estate Brokerage Company, a major San Diego-based real estate brokerage company. Mr. Smith became a California licensed Real Estate Broker at Business Properties Brokerage Company with an emphasis in industrial land sales and industrial/R&D facility leasing. With Mr. Smith's vast real estate career, he has brokered approximately $1.2 billion in total transactions, which include 400 acres of industrial land sales and one million square feet of successful lease negotiations. His wealth of knowledge and expertise is essential to Huntington's site selection.

Ms. Perez is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience in hotel operations, development, and management. In 1994, she began her career as a college intern with Andrus Enterprises in 1993. Her leadership journey included key management roles with Huntington Hotel Group—rising from Group Sales Manager to Area General Manager—before being promoted to Regional Vice President of Operations in 2011. She previously and currently, oversees a portfolio of Select Service hotels across major markets including San Jose, Los Angeles, Portland, Dallas, Atlanta, Pinehurst, and the Washington, D.C. area, representing top brands like Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, and IHG. Known for opening new properties and leading successful renovations, she drives operational excellence and strong investment returns. Ms. Perez earned her B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas.

Cynthia Anderson is Regional Vice President of Sales. She oversees sales and marketing for our portfolio of hotels. Ms. Anderson brings over 20 years of sales leadership in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Huntington Hotel Group in 2013, she served as Director of Regional Sales, overseeing key markets across California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. Throughout her career, she’s partnered with owners and investors to align sales strategies with property goals—driving revenue, growing profitability, and building long-term value. She has built her career with leading brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Choice Hotels, where she’s known for cultivating sales talent and working with teams to consistently deliver exceptional results. Ms. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Sacramento State University.

Mallory Clark is Regional Vice President of Sales. She oversees sales and marketing for our portfolio of hotels. Ms. Clark brings two decades of proven sales and hospitality leadership to the organization. Since joining the company in 2011 as a Sales Manager in Dallas, Texas, she has played a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion across multiple Huntington Hotel Group properties. Her deep industry experience, combined with a strategic, client-focused approach, has consistently resulted in strong team performance, increased market share, and enhanced guest satisfaction. Ms. Clark’s ability to lead high-performing sales teams and execute complex initiatives makes her an invaluable contributor to the company’s continued success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the University of Texas at Arlington and remains focused on building long-term value for stakeholders through operational excellence and innovative sales strategies

Mr. Simpson joined the company in 2021 as Director of Development. He is a project manager with extensive experience with large complex projects for private and public sector clients with skills in project financial forecasting, contract negotiations, project reporting, scheduling, and coordination with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors to align and execute project goals. He is an excellent leader with strong communication and motivation skills.

Mr. Krzesinski joined the company in 2019 as the Corporate Revenue Management Lead. He has many years of hospitality industry experience in operations and revenue optimization both on-property and at the regional level. Mr. Krzesinski received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Investment from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. He is based in the company’s Las Colinas office.

Ms. Maynard joined the company in 2020 as a Regional Revenue Manager with over 30 years of hospitality industry experience ranging from Operations, Sales & Events and Revenue Management. Experience has touched on introducing some of the first Extended Stay models into the market, to operating and selling Full-Service properties, and Revenue managing Mobile 5-star 5-diamond locations. She has worked with properties all over the country from West Virginia to California, and currently finds herself managing a mix of select service Marriott and Hilton properties. Originally from Southwest Ohio, Melissa graduated with an AA in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts, prior to relocating to Los Angeles. After a decade, she returned to Southwest Ohio where she currently resides with her blended family.

Toni joined HHG as a Regional Revenue Manager in early 2020 and is responsible for driving RevPAR and maximizing profitability for multiple select service Hilton and Marriott hotels. Her 25 years of hands-on hotel experience began at the Front Desk, and she advanced through every level of operations and sales for multiple properties, including opening new hotels. Since transitioning from on-property ops and sales roles to corporate-level revenue management in 2015, Toni has successfully managed Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, and Choice branded hotels from coast-to-coast in 15 states and in more than 50 markets.

Heidi is Social Media Marketing Manager for Huntington Hotel Group.  She leads the social marketing strategy and online brand presence across the company’s entire hotel portfolio. Ms. Cox is responsible for campaign development, platform management, and audience engagement—ensuring brand consistency and performance across all social media channels. Heidi joined Huntington Hotel Group in 2009 and brings a well-rounded background in hotel operations, food and beverage, sales, and marketing. With deep experience in the San Diego market and a strong understanding of hospitality trends, she plays a key role in aligning digital strategies with business goals and guest engagement.
